\"\u6295\u8d44\u5165\u7c4d \"\u8ba1\u5212\u5e2e\u52a9\u8be5\u56fd\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u4e3a\u653f\u5e9c\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u6574\u4f53\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4e3a\u5f53\u5730\u4eba\u6c11\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \"\u8ba1\u5212\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e24\u79cd\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5373\u6350\u8d60\u548c\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u6350\u8d60\u9014\u5f84\u8981\u6c42\u5411\u683c\u6797\u7eb3\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u8f6c\u578b\u57fa\u91d1\uff08NTF\uff09\u81f3\u5c11\u6350\u8d60 $235,000 \u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u653f\u5e9c\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u81f3\u5c11\u9700\u8981 $270,000 \u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u9700\u7f34\u7eb3\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u7533\u8bf7\u8d39\u548c\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u8d39\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3b\u8981\u4f18\u52bf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6765\u81ea $235,000 \u7684\u6350\u6b3e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u623f\u5730\u4ea7 $270,000 \u8d77<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u516c\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u4e0e\u62a4\u7167<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u514d\u7b7e\u8bc1\u65c5\u884c 153 \u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5b8c\u6574\u5bb6\u5ead\u7533\u8bf7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u683c\u6797\u7eb3\u8fbe\u6295\u8d44\u5165\u7c4d\u8981\u6c42<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u8fdb\u884c\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u6216\u6350\u8d60\u5916\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u8fd8\u5fc5\u987b\u6ee1\u8db3\u683c\u6797\u7eb3\u8fbe\u7684\u51e0\u9879\u8981\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \"\u56fd\u5bb6\u8f6c\u578b\u57fa\u91d1\"\uff08NTF\uff09\u7f34\u7eb3\u4e00\u7b14\u4e0d\u53ef\u9000\u8fd8\u7684\u6b3e\u9879\uff0c\u5355\u4e2a\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4e3a1TP4,150,000\uff0c\u56db\u53e3\u4e4b\u5bb6\u4e3a1TP4,200,000\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u9700\u7f34\u7eb3\u989d\u5916\u7684\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u8d39\u548c\u624b\u7eed\u8d39\uff0c\u8d39\u7528\u6839\u636e\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u5e74\u9f84\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u4eba\u6570\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
